Complete cancelation of a scheduled project (not rescheduling the flight) for a home or property requires a 3 hour notice, due to drive time and preparation. If under 3 hours a $50 fee will be charged.

Let us know up front of any special requirements for showcasing the property or site or any special target areas or building features you’d like photographed. Be sure to move any garbage cans if possible, from view and clean up natural debris and trash from the property. Move vehicles that may be blocking views of the property or are in the driveway. For homes, open all the curtains, shades and blinds, where possible. Note any large structures, poles or power lines that might be in the way of viewing or photographing your property. In many cases we can work around them, but it’s good to know and try to plan before arrival time. If it is extremely windy or raining on flight day, we may need to reschedule. Yes! We offer two types. One is a quick overview flight we call a Drone Glide-through. Usually we do a home reveal from 50-100 ft. exterior view, fly into the front door, with a quick overview flight of each floor and main living space, then out a back door or porch door with reverse reveal of the backyard and property. The second is a slow full Walk-through Tour of each room, hall and garage. This can take the place of Matterport type photos and is faster with more realistic views. Ask about the details of these options when we chat about your listing.
